This is an exceptional lakefront home with fantastic views of Lake George, within the town of Bolton Landing. This 3,000 square foot home has four bedrooms, and 5 1/2 bathrooms. A family room located on the first floor has 2 twin beds stored in a large closet, and can serve as a fifth bed room. On the second floor, is a master bedroom suite with a queen-sized bed and elegant bedroom furniture, and a spacious full bathroom with a shower/jacuzzi tub and double vanity in marble. This bedroom has a sliding glass door, opening to a private balcony overlooking the lake. There are three bedrooms located on the third floor. One is another master bedroom suite with a Cailfornia king-sized bed, a lavish bedroom set and desk, a 55 inch HD TV, and a bathroom with a full-sized jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double vanity in marble. On the third floor are two additional bedrooms- a bedroom with a queen-sized poster bed and bathroom, and a bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a bathroom. There is a large gourmet kitchen located on the second floor, with granite countertops and a large center island, dark cherry cabinets, and high end appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, dish washer, microwave oven, two sinks). The dining area includes a large wooden table with seating for eight, and six bar stools along the center island of the kitchen and an adjacent counter. On the second floor, next to the kitchen, is a living room with a gas fireplace, and with a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony which overlooks Lake George. The living room adjoins a family room which has a post and beam ceiling, a wet bar, and a home-theater system (65 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound, and premium cable TV package). On the first floor is another large family room with a gas fire place, wet bar, and full bathroom. There is a two-car garage on the first floor. A laundry room is also located on the first floor, with a washer and dryer. The house has many great features, including an elevator, Brazilian Cherry floors, WiFi Internet access, a central air- conditioner, and a delux stainless steel gas grill outside for barbecuing. The house is equipped with a backup 15-kilowatt generator. The house rental includes use of a dock for up to a 30 foot boat. We provide all of the linens and towels for our guests, as well as hand soaps, laundry supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. Use of the phone is free, of course.

Newly installed central air and high end generator to ensure power in storm. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. In the winter month rentals you need 4 wheel drive. The road is plowed but without 4 wheel you will get stuck in the snow. Important note and required statement to renters per the association; We are a family oriented, private association with Association Rules, which must be followed. Please limit how many people are permitted to occupy the house. So in plain English, no out of control parties or more than 8 people on the property. No outside fires are permitted! All docks are private and not available. Boats/ Kayaks / personal watercraft of any type on beach are private property of other home owners and not for use. Maximum rental period is 1 week. No rental extensions.

This charming 2 bedroom unit is the larger unit of the duplex with an eat-in kitchen, full bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and a full size bed, a second bedroom with a full size bed, and a pull out couch in the sitting room. It has a beautiful front yard and backyard, with picnic table and barbecue grill. A great extra is that since this home is owned by The Heritage of Lake George next door, all of the amenities of The Heritage can be enjoyed, including dipping in the wonderful heated pool or sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

To me this setting and this cottage are a little bit of heaven on Earth. The scenic beauty, the crystal clearwater with sand bottom, the purring lake boats, the bright colored sailboats and kayaks silently gliding by, and the smell of cool, pine-scented air all combine to make this an enchanting and relaxing place. This cozy, authentic log cabin is affectionately called 'Demilog' because of its construction of half logs that are round on the outside and flat on the inside. My grandfather built it in 1939. We have purposely kept the cabin simple so that it feels like a step back in time. It is fully furnished so all you need to bring are your sheets and towels. Note that there is no dishwasher, television, computer. There is excellent cell phone reception for AT&T users but it is a little weaker for Verizon users. There is a fire ring to enjoy after a day of swimming, hiking, boating, fishing or sight seeing.

Our home is the perfect home for an extended family or friends who enjoy vacationing together. With enough sleeping quarters for up to 14, a terrific backyard with gazebo, barbecue grill, and heated pool, you might just enjoy relaxing in your backyard. But, there's so much to do and see in and around Lake George. Within walking distance, you can, be sun bathing on the beach, visiting the many shops, museums, arcades, or enjoying an evening dinner at one of the many restaurants. Six Flags Great Escape Park or a day at the outlets is just a short drive down the road. And, of course there are lots of hiking trails and on the water activities to enjoy while in town.

This Cottage is on the east side of Lake George in the sought out shallower area of Sandy Bay. We are located on the Cleverdale peninsula, 1 mile north of the Cleverdale Country store on the water. There are always fun events taking place in the north country during this season, don't miss out!! If you haven't been here in the Fall it's a must! Many of our guests have been with us for 12+ years and we are so looking forward to another great year! Boat, float, kayak, bike, hike, fish or just RELAX!!! We are in the perfect spot!! Our cottage has an open floor plan, with one full bath with a tub. We have central air/heating throughout along with ceiling fans in all the rooms. The Kitchen is roomy and NEW with lots of counter space, a unique center island featuring an inlay of our pristine Lake George, a perfect gathering spot with bar stools. Our guests have expressed excitement in using it as their perfect board game location!!! The Living/Family Room and kitchen are open and spacious. We have Cable and Wireless High Speed Internet also for your enjoyment as well as a large flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. An Adirondack style futon (full/queen) offers additional sleeping for 2 located in the sunroom, a favorite spot for many! (Sorry but we do not provide bed linens or towels, so remember to pack them) Enjoy the views of Sandy Bay and Lake George from the sun room while dining, playing cards, or reading. Windows surround this entire area giving light and incredible views. Watching the boats coming in and out of the bay with the mountains as a backdrop is always a treat. We have a gas grill for your use along with an outdoor chiminea for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. Or simply sit back and star gaze! There are always shooting stars here, in the Adirondacks. If there are fireworks in Bolton Landing, or at the Sagamore, you will be able to see them from the deck or at the lakefront. Sit outside on the deck in our swing chairs or at the picnic table and enjoy the incredible views of the lake looking across to Dome Island and the Sagamore Hotel. Our cottage is ideal for families with children and adults because of the large expanse of lawn which provides plenty of play area both near and away from the water. You can sit or fish off our dock which extends into the beautiful Sandy Bay. (That's right It's all Sand, No mud or weeds) The fact that the crystal clear water has been rated one of the cleanest lakes in the world enhances the experience. From the dock there are steps that lead into a shallow, sandy area which provides an excellent area for young children to swim and play. You can walk right into the water, as it is shallow and rockless making it a great spot to stand or float all day long!! We offer lounge chairs and a picnic table at the lakefront for guests to enjoy as well. If your not able to bring your own kayak, we do have 2 on the property for use within the bay only.
